In this video, Talia talks about her experience with dyslexia and confidence. She recalls a time when she mentioned her dyslexia to someone and they dismissed it, telling her that she simply lacked confidence in herself. Initially, Talia disagreed and insisted that she did have dyslexia. However, when the person offered to have her tested for dyslexia, Talia began to doubt herself.
Eventually, the person convinced Talia to take the dyslexia test, and she was surprised to learn that she did not have dyslexia after all. Instead, her struggles with reading and comprehension were due to a lack of confidence in herself. When she learned this, something clicked inside her and she was able to read and absorb information much more easily.
Talia reflects on how she just needed someone to believe in her and her abilities. She learned how to smile and gained confidence in herself, which allowed her to overcome her struggles with reading and comprehension. Overall, Talia's experience highlights the importance of believing in oneself and having confidence in one's abilities, even when faced with challenges or obstacles

Do you struggle with your mental health? If so, this channel is for you.
Full confession, I'm not a mental health expert, I'm a family man who loves speaking to people on a very personal level. My name is Matt and I speak from my own life experiences with anxiety and mental health. On this journey so far, I have spoken to a variety of people and the more I listen the more I learn. I’ve started this podcast to create as much inspirational content as possible and the guests coming on are talking about their personal struggles and journeys in life.
➡️ Whenever I have had my own personal battles, I always get the most inspiration from listening to others who have had similar struggles. The more I speak to people, the more I realize we’re far more alike than we are different. The “Make Time To Talk” Podcast, covers a variety of mental health topics such as anxiety, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, isolation, introversion vs. extroversion, changing your mindset, overcoming fear, and more.
➡️ Let's collectively fight this battle together and start conversations others fear to start. Let's lift the stigma once and for all with mental health.
