Ingredients
250 gram veal meat
150 gram arugula
200 gram parmesan
½ artichokes
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Parsley
Preparation:
1.Cut meat in medium slices and arugula in small pieces.
2.Wrap slices of meat with kitchen plastic wrapper. Open with a rolling pin.
3.Grated parmesan cheese. Cut artichoke in small pieces.
4.Place arugula and meat in a serving plate. Add salt and pepper. Place artichoke and add some olive oil.
5.Decorate with parmesan and parsley.
