COLUMBUS (Mike McCarthy/Kate Murphy) -- A man accused of exposing himself to a teenage girl is staying out of jail for now.
The jury trial for 53-year-old Stephen Tully was set to begin today, but Tully got a new attorney who says he needs more time to prepare.
Tully has bonded out of jail on a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure.
Columbus Police said he exposed himself to a 16-year-old girl in the parking lot of an west-side apartment complex where he lived.
He was arrested a month later after the teenager identified him.
Records show Tully pleaded guilty to a similar misdemeanor in 2009, where documents show he stood naked by a window waiting for his neighbors to walk by.
Reporter Mike McCarthy learned Tuesday morning Tully was charged with a felony indecent exposure charge this summer.
Court Records show Grove City police accused him of exposing himself to a 15-year-old girl at a hotel pool, and telling "this is for you".
That case was dismissed last week.
Prosecutors said, however, it is possible a grand jury could indict him.
As a condition of his bond, Tully must stay away from the victim in this case and also from the apartment complex.
