This years presentation saw several of the IR member firms nominated for their contribution towards the network but for the first time, it was both MacDonaldWeiss US legal advisors and Valadas Coriel & Associados who shared the Member of the year award this year with SKW Schwarz Rechtasanwatle securing runner-up.
MacDonald Weiss are IR executive members for Commerical Law in New York the firm covers the core business-related practice areas: corporate, M&A, securities, finance, commercial, and tax. We also act as US – or global – outside general counsel, and with our extensive legal contacts within the US and around the world we can assemble the best global team our clients need to handle the job.
Valadas Coriel & Associados are IR executive member for Tax in Portugal, the firm was established in 2001. VCA has built a very energetic team sporting partners and associates that combine experience and expertise from Law to Economics and Management. The dynamic yet informal work environment has attracted a number of lawyers from major domestic and international law firms.
