WHAT HEATH USED:
• Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub [ Ссылка ]
• Blackstone Griddle [ Ссылка ]
• Blackstone Griddle Accessories [ Ссылка ]
• Victorinox Fibrox Pro 6-inch Curved Boning Knife [ Ссылка ]
INGREDIENTS:
• Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
• 1/3 pound balled ground beef patties
• Mustard
• Mayo
• Sliced onions
• Pickles
• Hamburger buns
• Sliced cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Fire up your Blackstone Griddle
2. Lay down your sliced onions and place your balled ground beef on top of your onions.
3. Season your ground beef with Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub.
4. Start toasting your buns.
5. Flatten your ground beef with your spatula and parchment paper. Add a little more Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub over the top of your patties.
6. Squirt some mustard over your patties.
7. Once your burgers start to crust up on one side, flip them.
8. Right before your burgers are done, place sliced American cheese over the top and let it melt.
9. Assemble your burger however you'd like.
