This recipe makes tofu taste so much like chicken nuggets (well actually better, I think :)) that I stopped buying vegan chicken nuggets. You seriously have to try the recipe to believe it :)

This dish is gluten-free, oil-free, vegan and nut-free so perfect for those of you who have allergies.
