Chemical burns are caused by any caustic wet or dry chemical that comes into contact with your skin.
Electrical burns are typically caused by very high current, such as getting hit by lightning or being electrocuted. Electricity can cause damage to bone structures and need to be treated carefully and without moving them (unless they are in further danger).
In both of these cases, 911 should be called immediately.
