A Kuaizhou-1A (KZ-1A) launch vehicle launched four Tianmu-1 meteorological satellites from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, Gansu Province, China, on 22 March 2023, at 09:09 UTC (17:09 local time). According to official sources, the Tianmu-1 03, 04, 05 and 06 satellites (天目一号气象星座03星、04星、05星、06) have entered the planned orbits and “will be mainly used to provide commercial meteorological data services”
