***Ingredient***
Pressure Cooking:
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Mutton - 500 gm (boneless preferred)
Turmeric pwdr - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Water - 200 ml
The Masala:
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Coriander Seed - 1 tbsp
Fennel - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper - 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli - 8
Cinnamon - 1 inch piece
Star Anise - 1
Clove - 3
Cardamom - 2
Nei Chukka Preparation:
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Cashew (Optional) - 10 pcs
Curry Leaves - A sprig
Ginger Garlic - 1tbsp
Coriander Leaves or Curry Leaves
