My quest to improve the CVT continues with the addition of a longer Polini drive belt and a Polini Hi-Speed Evolution variator kit. The belt is part number 248.037.2 and the variator kit is 241.750.

I'll show you an easy way to measure belt length, correct a few issues with these parts when used with the RC-One and Malossi Over Range kit, make a custom variator holding tool and provide data to show what works or doesn't work.
