4 claras de huevo
2 cdtas harina de coco
1 cdta goma xantica
1 yema de huevo
1 cda mantequilla derretida y fria
Hornear 350/ 180 celcius por 10-12 minutos
4 egg whites, beat until the peaks are stiff.
Slowly incorporate 1 tsp coconut flour and 1 tsp xanthan gum.
Add 1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp melted butter (cold) fold into the mixture nice and slow.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, let cool and make your sandwich with whatever you want. Enjoy!
