It can be really common to feel like your pelvis is knocked out of alignment or stuck in a certain position!
After all, there’s loads of things that your pelvis can do, and loads of muscles that have to work together to have good movement. The important thing to remember is that the muscles control the bones so you have the power to fix your own pelvis!
