Workout Format:
Exercises (45 seconds each exercise, 15 sec transition to next exercise, 3 rounds, 45 Second rests after each section, increasing intensity every time)
Section 1:
Squat Holds
Pushups
Body Drags
Section 2:
Knees to Elbows
Planks
In and Outs Knee Twists
Section 3:
Lunge Hops
Low Pushups Hold
Back Widow Holds
