The question is;
What's the difference between a Contractor and a Consultant?

This is one of my favorite questions because this probably causes the most confusion I see when it comes to the distinction between the two.
The bottom line is it comes down to strategic vs tactical engagements.
A Contractor is a tactical engagement and a Consultant is a strategic engagement.
