The COVID-19 crisis is not yet over in Ontario, with the province still seeing over 1,000 new cases per day. But despite the ongoing pandemic, Dr. David Williams has announced his retirement as Ontario's chief public health officer and is set to be replaced.
Dr. Williams was always set to retire and had delayed it to tackle the pandemic. Mike Le Couteur looks at the resumé of Williams' replacement Dr. Kieran Moore, as critics are wondering "why now?"
