That time of year is upon us once again: The Florida State Fair kicks off its 120th season Thursday morning.

Featuring midway rides, exhibits, live music and, of course, all the creative and wacky food options, the Florida State Fair entry gates open at 11 a.m.

People can visit the fair from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with the midway opening at 1 p.m. On Fridays and Presidents Day, the gates are open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. — the midway opens at 10:30 a.m.
