This video is about how to make Japanese Curry fried Rice.
Here's a dish that's a great way to use up leftover rice that's been hanging around in the fridge for a couple of days and needs using. In fact, I think this recipe works better with rice that's a bit dried out than fresh! This dish doesn't use a sauce so you don't use Japanese curry cubes here - just curry powder. I used quite a mild curry powder but that depends on how hot you like your curry. From prep to plate taking about 25 minutes, so it's ready in a jiffy for a tasty lunch or supper - you'll feel even better when you think about that 2-day old rice that didn't go in the bin! (Of course, you can use freshly made rice as well!)
