Balboa Island is one of the top places to visit in Southern California. It is located in Newport Beach city. You can access it through a bridge or ferry.
It has a few small restaurants and quite a few boutique shops and a long sidewalk all the way around.
This island remains one of my favorite places to visit in Orange County.
