This pool workout is a great way for all levels to learn how to exercise in your pool using a kickboard. This FREE workout, lead by AquaFIIT Coach Stacy, will take you thru a brief warm up then into a routine to burn calories and strengthen your heart. Afterwards, we will focus on toning your muscles. All using the kickboard (optional).
This one is called Tidal Wave because we will be moving the water around making waves to effectively challenge our bodies. This strengthens our overall muscles, tones the core and improves your balance. You most likely will get splashed in this workout!
This one is ALL LEVELS for everyone to enjoy. Intensity options are given. You will see clear images of above and below water moves so you can follow along easily. Let's get AquaFIIT together!
