Fed holds benchmark rate unchanged in 5.25-5.5% range. Jerome Powell led US Fed concluded its two-day Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting and kept the benchmark lending rates unchanged. "The Committee judges that the risks to achieving its employment and inflation goals have moved toward better balance over the past year.
