For this Pilates Tower full body workout, go through each exercise and listen to the cues to help you feel the correct set up of each position. To feel the most out of the exercise, the key is in the setup of what you are doing.
For the Roll Down bar series, make sure that you are positioned correctly on the tower mat so that the resistance is enough support for your body. You can scoot away from the Tower for more resistance or closer for less. For the kneeling roll-down bar Cat and Chest Expansion, make sure you are squeezing the ball to provide more pelvic floor engagement as you move through the exercises.
For the push through bar series on the tower abdominals, make sure you are either using 2 blue springs or 1 red spring for your series. For the bottom-loaded push-through bar footwork on the tower, make sure you don't have any contraindications for your body as it is bottom-loaded flexion.
For the tower hip work series, using the ball between the ankles, you will feel more pelvic floor engagement and challenge your pelvic lumbar hip control. You can use the long yellow springs if the long purple tower springs are too heavy to maintain control of your body.
