These yoga asanas focus on the entire area of the spine and can be practiced daily by themselves or incorporate them into your yoga or exercise routine. [ Ссылка ]
The list of Asanas (Poses) demonstrated in this video:
1. Bidalasana- Cat Pose- Helps to stretch and elongate the spine, promoting flexibility and mobility in the entire length of the back.
2. Bitilasana- Cow Pose- Encourages opening of the chest and stretching of the front torso, which can counteract the effects of slouching and rounded shoulders.
3. Bhujangasana- Cobra Pose- Great for strengthening the back muscles, improving flexibility in the spine and opening the chest.
Practicing these three poses takes just 5 minutes and can improve the health of your spine.

Remember to always listen to you and how your body feels in each asana (pose). It's not about forcing the body to get into a pose, it's about how you feel while you are in the pose.
