To prepare this fritters the ingredients needed..
1. Chickpea lentils/chana dal - 1 cup
2. black gram lentils / urad dal - 1 cup
3. Pigeon pea lentils / toor dal - 1 cup
4. Salt to taste
5. Ginger - 1 inch
6.Green chili - 6 - 7
7.Onions - 3 (1 while grinding and remaining 2 in batter)
8. Coriander seeds - 1 tbs
9. Cumin seeds - 1 tbs
10. coriander leaves - 3/4 cup
