Ok so maybe it’s not a secret but I’ve never seen anyone else cover this particular method for finding leads and selling beats on SoundCloud in 2020. This video gives you the exact, step-by-step process I use everyday to get beat sales and connect with upcoming artists on SoundCloud.
Here’s the basic breakdown:
1. Search the top selling charts on Beatstars and identify successful producers with a similar sound to you.
2. Type “prod. by (insert producer)” into the SoundCloud search bar.
3. Adjust the date range to your preference.
4. Identify songs/artists that sound similar to your style.
5. Send the artist a message introducing yourself and presenting them with your pitch.
6. Repeat until you are Murda Beatz.
