This is an intimate part of my life that I have decided to share to create awareness about eczema, steroid addiction and the debilitating withdrawal symptoms.

My journey with eczema and topical steroid withdrawal and how I healed my skin naturally. My symptoms, the cause, the diet I followed, what I did to ease the pain and discomfort, and my current skin update 5 months after quitting topical steroids!

I also wanna share that people who are now on the other side of the withdrawal also attest to the fact that they not only healed from the addiction and It's debilitating symptoms but also healed from Eczema. A condition we are made to believe is incurable.
