Today I've made this with crazy hot 7-Pot Peppers, but this is a homemade hot sauce recipe I often make with a variety of superhot chili peppers, including Carolina Reapers, 7-Pot peppers, and Scorpion peppers. Extremely hot! Not for the faint of heart. For serious chiliheads only!
