Me ticcing at the coffee shop during my break and trying to get it under control in my friends car.
I was still suppressing about 50 % of my motor tics but held in the vocal tics in public.
I debated posting this as I am not comfortable showing this side of myself but figured that if I am trying to bring awareness than it is necessary to show what Tourette's really looks like.
