- Please stop if you experience any pain during the activity & contact the PDMDS.
- If any symptoms like breathlessness, palpitations, dizziness etc occur please stop, sit down & rest. If symptoms persist then please contact your doctor.
- Please perform the exercises under supervision if you have balancing difficulties.
