Michaelclark is my little brother.
He is a bright, sweet little five year old boy thriving in the care of our father. He has been through some difficult times.
For the past two years we have been defending and protecting Michaelclark at great emotional and financial expense.
My father has managed to get full legal and physical custody of my little brother in a system that seems to favor the mother in custody cases, but the spurious attacks keep coming.

I am hoping to possibly make a couple of my own kydex holsters for some of my guns with attachments so I made this simple vacuum forming table. I just recorded the test run of it to see if the membrane would give nice definition

the vacuum press is made with a plywood box with holes drilled in a grid in the top, and the side has a hole to accept a vacuum hose. for the pressing membrane I have wooden frame with a rubber membrane stapled and taped (for a better seal) to one side so that I can evenly lower the membrane over the molding subject

as you can see in the video it molds around the gun very nicely, I chose to make the press with a membrane instead of using using a kydex sheet the size of the table to save money. kydex is not particularly cheap so with this method i can use a small piece that covers only where i want to make less waste and less trimming needed.

another reason to use the vacuum method is because it puts less pressure on the gun and also cools down the kydex faster because of the air rushing over it and the open air all around as opposed to the foam method which presses pretty hard and keeps the heat in longer (I want to cool the kydex quickly after molding to prevent damaging any plastic parts
