two dumb idiots stealing a car at 10am in the morning thinking no one is watching. Ok, people to get it straight its a camera recording it. There is no one recording. The camera system records motion. ****UPDATE***** Showed the local police department and they recognize these idiots because they had priors from GTA. They have both been caught. They both live in Rialto, CA. Their names are "JAMES PATRICK AGUILAR" and "JONATHAN ULYSSES URIBE". Beware of these two. Justice has been served.
