I mess around with the track.ini file in a NR2003 track and this happened. If you want to have the same amount of laughs, go into your track.ini file inside the track you want to do, then find "ai_track" then if you want the cars to go up to like 400 mph (OMG THATS FAST) go into "ai_drag_modifier" then type something like "-3.00". Then boot up NR2003, go into practice or race (you can do both) and enjoy!
