In true Kojey fashion the After Winter visual serves as a cinematic window to a playground of brazen imagination.
The visual was directed by long time collaborators THE REST and see’s Kojey challenging modern classism and international relations with an aesthetic that’s reminiscent of a punk inspired fashion film.
We watch Kojey traverse his dystopian portrait of inner city London, this time beginning in what seems to be a home invasion, climactically building towards a gripping reveal that leaves audiences on the edge of their seat.
“To question our intent is golden, because if you ask yourself just one question, we’ve done our job. As artists we must reflect the world around us, we must use our tools to build a narrative that echoes truth.
They know we know they lie.
After Winter, expect change.”
