Greek Recipe for Stuffed Zucchini with Egg Lemon sauce - easy and delicious food
This stuffed zucchini are very delicious and I prepare it every week. It is a tasty food full of summer flavors. You should try it soon.
INGREDIENTS:
8-10 zucchini

- 500 g minced meat you can use pork, veal or combination of veal and pork meat
- 70 g of rice
- 1 carrot
- 3 green onions
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 carrot
- some dill
- salt and pepper
For the sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 carrots
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 litre of water
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 lemons (juice)
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- salt and pepper
