The monks of Conception Abbey have Christ as the center of their life. They gather five times a day to pray the Divine Office, and assemble daily for the celebration of the Eucharist. This video shows the monks gathering for prayer, Eucharist, the solemn vows of Br. Etienne Huard, and community scenes during common recreation. The music, played on the Basilica's pipe organ by Abbot Gregory Polan, is "Gabriel's Oboe", the main theme for the 1986 film The Mission directed by Roland Joffé.
