Today’s recipe: RADISH CURRY with Coconut Milk/ Srilankan Recipe.
Ingredients
Radish -150g
Chopped small onions-10
Green chilli-2
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin-1/2tsp
Fennel seeds-1/2tsp
Salt as per taste
Coconut milk-3/4 cup
Coconut oil-3 tsp
You can use coconut milk powder or tin of coconut milk aswell.
