Noelle is a 4-star Geo/Claymore unit that you are guaranteed to get within one 10-pull on the Beginner's Wish right upon launch. Noelle is defensive in nature but can scale her defense to both assist her allies through shields and heals, and dish out huge AOE damage through her ultimate (Q), which gives her immense attack range and converts a large portion of her DEF into ATK.

Keep in mind that this is only the bare minimum of what this character can do. Not much investment has gone into Noelle as of the recording of this video. I did level her up to Lv. 20 and unlocked Ascension 1 (check effects in the Skill/Talent section of the video).
