Final Strategic Plan Overview and Wrap-up Discussion.
Requested Action: Consultant to lead Commission through finalizing the priorities and
projects in the strategic plan.

Explanation of Request: On May 13, 2023, the City Commission held the first strategic
planning workshop. The final workshop was scheduled for May 30, 2023, and was
subsequently postponed due to other agenda items taking longer than expected.

How will this affect city programs or services? The strategic plan will provide the City
Commission and City staff with a roadmap for budgeting and prioritizing projects and initiatives
moving forward.
