Key Points:
- Using your empty hand to push your whip into a flick.
- This will be the easiest with a whip between 6 and 8 feet.
- Wrap the whip around the body from behind to the front.
- Make sure that it is STRAIGHT in front.
- Check that the whip is loose behind you so it doesn’t run along your hand.
- Push sideways with your hand to get the flick.
- Ideally you should not pull back on the handle of the whip but you can to get a louder crack.
