This video is about my successfully exposed/developed roll of vintage AGFA Agfacolor CT-17 colour negative Double 8mm movie film that expired in September 1967! I bought the film off Ebay last year and recently I decided to shoot the film while down the coast in Jervis Bay capturing it's beauty and finishing the remainder off at home capturing mum's flowers. I shot the film in my 1960s Canon Cine Zoom 512 Double 8 camera and I rated the film 1 ISO and pretty much exposed it at widest aperture f-1.2 at 16 frames/sec and in lower lighting 8 frames/sec. I cross processed it in C-41 using the following parameters:
Colour develop 20 min at 19 deg C
Wash 4 min
Blix 8 min
Wash 6 min
Success I have colour negatives!!! :D The develop wasn't perfect as some areas of the film were blue instead of maroon but that's okay, I am happy the film made pictures! :) So this is my oldest colour film I've shot to date which I could process in colour! :)
