Chicken Sweet Chili Sauce Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Flour ¼ cup
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Chili oil 2 tbsp
Spring onion finely chopped ½ cup
Carrot 1 tiny cubes
Tomato cubes 1
Onion chopped in cubes 1
Capsicum chopped in cubes 1
Oil ½ cup
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce ¼ cup
Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
Sweet and sour sauce ¼ cup
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Stock 1 cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp

Method:
Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, garlic paste, flour, corn flour, egg, and chili oil mix well deep fry in hot oil, and remove.
Method for gravy:
Heat oil, add garlic paste, add all the sauces, seasonings chicken stocks, and all the vegetables, thicken with corn flour paste, and top with fried chicken. Serve hot.

Egg Fried Rice Written Recipe :

Ingredients :
Rice boiled ½ kg
Spring onion chopped 1 cup
Eggs beat 2
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp

Method
Heat oil add chopped garlic, fry for 1 minute add beaten egg, add vegetables with boiled rice, mix all well, add seasonings and soya sauce, toss well, and remove.
