This is a Plesiosaur backbone, i found at low tide!-along the Jurassic Coast. The marine reptile find is a rarer one than usual. These fossils are cretainly rarer compared to finding backbones of the Ichthyosaur. Some people think the "Loch Ness Monster" might be a Plesiosaur? Remember the cliffs are dangerous and liable to fall suddenly and without warning- along the Jurassic Coast. Keep away from the dangerous cliffs, the best fossils are washed out onto the beaches at low tide, by the sea's actions. Look out for the slippery seaweed on the ledges and rocks. I offer fossil walks along the Jurassic Coast on the following website, so feel free to take a look at the website I made, with our online fossil walks ——————[ Ссылка ] There is a fossil collecting code of conduct in place along the Jurassic Coast.
