How do you do Water decarbonization? In this video, I show you how to do this dangerous technique as safely as possible.
You really have to be careful with this. While Water decarbonizing, if you get too much water in your combustion chamber, you can break a rod and that's not an engine rebuild, it's an engine replacement, where you won't be getting your core fee back unless the junkyard is very nice. That said, if you follow some simple advice, you should be able to do this safely. Water decarbonization cleans your combustion chamber and in this I show that if an engine's fuel injectors or intake runners aren't the same temperature, indicating an imbalance, that this scenario can be improved with water decarbonization.
The first time I did this, the results were super exciting! Check out my article:

I talked about replacing vacuum lines. These typically when worn create a lean condition, but my engine was overcompensating and going rich.
This project was done specifically on a Chevy Prizm (98-02), but that is the same as a 98-02 Toyota Corolla. Though, the 00-02 models have VVT-i so there are some changes on the engine, wiring harness and PCM to cover these updates.
Truly, the concepts in this video should help you do this project on other makes and models.
I talk about spark plug gap a little during this video. Be sure to check out how I first learned about spark plug gap. [ Ссылка ]
In it there is a link named spark plug gap which will also explain how and why I sometimes modify off of spec for spark plug gap to get an engine running smooth and right.
