Pour the eggs over the tortilla and you'll make a delicious dinner in less than 10 minutes! INGREDIENTS
2 flour tortillas 3 eggs Grated cheddar Salt Black pepper Paprika Parsley 2 tbsp olive oil Butter
METHOD
Brush oil over a frying pan. Place a flour tortilla on top, then 3 eggs and beat them. Add grated cheese, pepper, paprika, salt, parsley and mix well. Place another tortilla on top and let it cook, covering the pan.
Spread some butter on the tortilla and cover it again.
Flip the tortilla omelet and spread over some more butter. Cover and let cook.
