Scuffed but still sub 4, further improvements are now entirely rng based and I don't believe I can get the stars to align for the perfect AI rng.
Since the capture timer is way too short here's my exact qurio armor augments, skills are shown in their entirety so you can easily cross reference if you have doubts about my incredible single skill augments:
- Kaiser helmet: Fire Attack 1 and Critical Eye 1, -6 defense and -3 fire, -2 water, -2 ice resistances
- Archfiend chest: Weakness Exploit 1, -12 defense
- Archfiend arms: Handicraft 1 and Hunger Resistance 1, -13 defense
- Rathalos coil: Weakness Exploit 1, -3 defense and -3 dragon resistance
- Archfiend Legs: Slots are now 4-3-2 and Blight Resist 1, -12 defense
Weapon is augmented for Sharpness and Element level 2. My food skills were Felyne Booster, Felyne Weakener and Felyne Moxie/Adrenaline, no Hopping Skewers active.
Also I messed up and used a dive from idle instead of doing the wirebug launch, rip. I don't like non-TA runs anyway because double dogs are boring and beyond broken sadly. And TA runs forbid qurio augments and charms, so I don't really care either way.
