Over the last few months, I've been doing a lot of Outdoor Workouts. I've been running more, training outside, doing trail runs, and pushing different #TrainingShoes to the test.
One of my current favorite cross trainers for outdoor and indoor workouts is the #Inov8 F-Lite 235 V3. Honestly, they're an unsung hero for various activities.
