This is John Deere 190C is a perfect example of why it ends up costing several hundred dollars for what seems like it should be a simple belt replacement. EVERY bearing on this deck is shot. All 3 idler pulleys and all 3 spindles will need to be replaced. If they're not replaced the belt will not last. Any one of these bearings could lock up at any moment and burn up the belt. Or the belt could come off again and be damaged due to all of the excess sloppiness in the pulleys.
