It was an honor to meet Vivian for this interview so she could share her success story with those of you who need to hear that recovery is possible. Vivian is a personal trainer and extremely healthy and active. In mid-2022, after a bout of Covid, Vivian found herself suffering from increasingly debilitating dizziness symptoms. An ER visit, a bunch of vestibular rehabilitation therapy and several doctors appointments later, Vivian had no answers and found herself falling into despair. When she found my channel, she was skeptical- but decided to give the techniques we talk about here a try. To her surprise, she started getting better. Nowadays, Vivian is back to training and feeling great, and she shares her journey and the tools that got her there in this interview.
