Its Christmas time! Here I make some super easy Christmas tree Meringues!
Im just a mum who loves Christmas and parties If I can do it so can you!

Recipe!
pre heat oven to 100 degrees
beat 8 room temperature egg whites to form soft peaks
You will need to add 3 cups of icing sugar but add one cup then beat
one cup then beat then the last cup.
Beat slowly at first to avoid icing sugar flying everywhere

Beat until stiff peaks form - you should be able to tip the bowl upside down without any of the meringue moving

Add colour and fold in gently - use gel or powdered colour for best results

Put meringue in a piping bag with a large nozzle (or if you don't have one put in a snapback bag and cut a hole on the end)

Pipe in circles like you're putting soft served ice cream on a cone!

pop in the oven for 2 hours
turn off oven, crack the door open slightly and leave in for another 2 hours

Stick on a little fondant star with a small amount of icing
