Welcome to your 30 minute pilates core workout using the pilates mini ball. This session will build your core stability and strength using the soft ball as an aid. You will work all of the core- pelvic floor, abdominals, side abdominals, back extensors and flexors as well get a total body workout. It's great fun too as I will give you lots of balance challenges which will help you focus on your core, and add an interesting twist to the pilates exercises you may already know.
