.200 gm fresh coriander
.50 gm fresh mint
2-3 green chilli
1 piece ginger
8-10 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp sugar/jaggery
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala
1/2 lemon juice

Mint sauce ingredients:-
.200 gm curd
2-3 spoon mint chutney paste
salt to taste
cumin powder
chat masala

Mint Mayo ingredients:-
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
2-3 spoon mint chutney
